- Association with Adhivakta Congress initiatives.
- Access to updates, programmes, seminars, and awareness campaigns.
- Opportunity to participate in non-governance activities
- No voting rights
- Not eligible to contest elections or hold organisational office
- ₹0 (Free) for one year, or as determined by the Management Committee.
- ₹1,000 (One Thousand) for life, or as determined by the Management Committee.

Advocates and eligible legal professionals committed to active participation.
Description:
Active Members are the core working members of the organisation who contribute to its administration, programmes, campaigns, and governance.
Rights & Privileges:
- Right to vote in organisational elections
- Right to contest for eligible positions
- Right to attend meetings and participate in decision-making
- Right to propose resolutions, suggestions, and initiatives
- Right to participate in all organisational programmes and activities
- ₹1,000/- per year, or as revised by the Management Committee.
- ₹10,000/- (Ten thousands) for life, or as revised by the Management Committee.
