Action Plan for Achieving the Objects of Adhivakta Congress

To achieve the objectives of judicial reforms, advocate welfare and access to justice, Adhivakta Congress may undertake the following activities:

Conduct surveys, studies and research to identify problems within the judicial system and gather suggestions for improvement.

Conferences and Seminars
Organize conferences, seminars and discussions with advocates, judges, academicians and experts to deliberate on judicial reforms and legal issues.

Workshops and Training Programs
Arrange workshops and training programmes for advocates, law students and stakeholders to enhance legal knowledge and professional skills.

Legal Awareness Programmes
Conduct legal awareness camps and public programmes to educate citizens about their legal rights, duties and access to justice.

Publications and Articles
Publish articles, research papers, reports and magazines to spread awareness about legal issues, judicial reforms and the rule of law.

Public Interest Litigation (PIL) and Legal Petitions
File Public Interest Litigations, representations and legal petitions before competent courts for the protection of public interest and improvement of the justice system.

Representation before Government and Authorities
Approach and make representations to the Government, Law Commission and other authorities regarding reforms in laws, judicial administration and advocate welfare.

Drafting Legislative Proposals
Prepare and propose draft laws or private member bills for consideration by the appropriate authorities to promote judicial reforms and public welfare.
