Adhivakta Congress is a public welfare charitable trust established with the objective of promoting advocate welfare, judicial reforms, strengthening the justice delivery system, and serving society through legal awareness and free legal aid to economically weaker sections.
The organisation was founded at Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh by Adv. Jagriti Singh, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, along with other advocates, with the aim of creating an institutional platform dedicated to advocate welfare and judicial reforms. The organisation shall work throughout India to promote these objectives.
The organisation is committed and dedicated to achieving its objects in accordance with the principles of a non-political, non-profit, and only public welfare. It is irrevocable in nature and functions strictly for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 2(15) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
